Your Hosts
This lady is where the human heart meets the master teacher. Donna has 32 years experience in education and holds a Master's in Exceptional Learners. Donna is the recipient of the Teacher of Excellence award and has extensive training in inclusion, trauma, mindfulness, and Restorative Practices.
Donna is passionate about all things equity, self-love, and standing in your power. She is excited to share her deep knowledge and experience to help you find your true essence and be a part of your heroic journey.
This lady is all raw authenticity and motivation at its best. Rachel has 25 years experience in education and holds a Master's in Education Counselling Psychology. She is the founder of Waycare Academy, where she uses her training in counselling therapy, hypnotherapy, consciousness healing, mindfulness, meditation, and the Law of Vibrations
Rachel is passionate about all things that connect mind, body and spirit to raise vibrations. She is excited to motivate and help each of you find your light.
This lady is all light and laughter!
Terrie has 20 years experience in education and holds a Master's in Curriculum, Exceptionalities and Inclusion. She is also a certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, a trained facilitator of the "Girl on Fire" program, and holds a Culinary Certification through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Terrie is passionate about all things that bring wellness and joy. She is excited to share some of her favorite practices with you to help each of you find self-love and create a toolbox of self-help

Experience the power of your inner self and how it can influence your outer world. Learn how your past experiences have imprinted on you and recognize the impact they have made. Rachel will take you through a soulful exercise to replace beliefs and programs that no longer serve you with a new enlightened awareness of who you truly are and how to start living as your divine self.
Discover a new way of looking at life through Rachel's very own "The Lotus Way". This method includes fundamental principles that will enlighten your perception on pain, suffering, thoughts, emotions, and inspired actions. This method puts meaning to the human experience. Rachel teaches this session through her own authentic life experiences and transformation.

Terrie and Gillian will discuss nutrition and the part it plays on our social and emotional health and overall well being. Gillian will share her very personal story about chronic illness and how nutrition has significantly improved her health and happiness. She and Terrie will go over some of their favorite nutrient dense foods and demonstrate some useful meal prepping tips. The session will end with a delicious and healthy lunch.

Understanding the Stress Cycle & Combating Burnout and Stepping into Radical Self-Acceptance
With Donna
Part 1
Discover evidence-based strategies on completing the stress response and combating burnout. Participants will connect their experiences to others and with humor and sharing begin our journey into self-discovery and healing.
Experience a radical self-acceptance practice to promote healing and reduce and reframe grief, shame, resentment or anger. Radical self-acceptance recognizes we cannot control the world and the behaviour of others, but this practice will be a tool to recognize how our thoughts dictate our actions and our mindset.
Part 2
Danika will share some insight on how somatic practices use the mind body connection to help you survey your internal self and listen to the signals your body sends about areas of pain, discomforts, or imbalance. She will then lead us through a yoga flow. Her playlists are awesome and this flow will leave you feeling energized and blissful!
